[16:47:01] <girls> abaumann: the git_revision is the revision in the repository of the package
[16:47:22] <girls> (but you fooled me, too - I also invested a couple of minutes of finding that hash in the state git repository :D )
[16:55:24] <girls> 1dbb259503f72f52220438cc94f5f518a47a3435 should not be needed anymore, as it is already built
[16:55:32] <girls> which command requested that revision?
[17:01:34] <girls> ah, found a more-complete log: it was from get-package-updates
[17:01:42] <girls> let me investigate ...
[17:02:58] <girls> btw: a git hash is 40 hex digits, not 32 ;)
[17:06:44] <girls> and regarding having both old and new git revisions in there: yes, that's the case, but unfortunately, I don't see, what we can do against it
[17:07:00] <girls> we cannot (really) delete the old entries, so we have to accommodate both
[17:07:24] <girls> I thought, it would suffice to have them in one column, apparently, I should have created a new column for the new hashes :-/
