[09:12:41] <abaumann> I personally suspect a security feature in systemd to prevent vconsole.conf settings to be loaded at startup.
[09:13:26] <abaumann> or a too strict ld linking policy to break parts of this code (at least for 32-bit). But I didn't have time yet to debug it during a systemd boot-up.
[09:15:15] <abaumann> for console keymaps the workaround is to unzip the files.
