[17:31:28] <tyzoid> you can check your routes via ip route
[17:31:46] <tyzoid> when I'm on a vpn, I route all traffic (tcp + udp) through the vpn with a manual route change.

[17:32:30] <Alina-malina> but maybe i do it wrong

[17:36:28] <tyzoid> and you can use it to remove your normal gateway route
[17:36:41] <tyzoid> and instead route traffic through the vpn device
[17:37:03] <Alina-malina> yes, i guess thats how i do it
[17:38:30] <tyzoid> you can test by throwing wireshark into the mix and see if DNS/other requests are not going through the vpn
