[14:23:40] <abaumann> The buildmaster is the orchestrator of the build, it receives updates from upstream (what to build), it knows about all dependencies and build slaves from various machines come and fetch their build jobs. They basically execute a build chroot as some build user and end back the logs and the package to the buildmaster.
